Bartender

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our microbrewery taproom team. The ideal candidate has a deep appreciation for craft beer, mixology, and exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for curating a memorable drinking experience, pouring and serving our handcrafted brews, creating beer-based cocktails, and engaging with guests to share our brewery’s story.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beer Service: Pour and serve craft beers with precision, ensuring proper presentation and quality.
• Guest Engagement: Greet customers, provide beer recommendations, and educate guests about different beer styles, ingredients, and brewing techniques.
• Cocktail Preparation: Mix and serve beer-based cocktails or specialty drinks (if applicable).
• Tasting & Sampling: Offer guided tastings and suggest food pairings to enhance the guest experience.
• Order Management: Take customer orders efficiently and communicate with kitchen and waitstaff as needed.
• Inventory & Stocking: Monitor beer taps, stock kegs, maintain bar inventory, and restock supplies.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean and sanitized, including glassware, taps, and counters.
• Cash Handling: Process payments accurately, including cash and card transactions.
• Compliance & Safety: Adhere to responsible alcohol service laws, ID verification protocols, and health/safety regulations.
• Event Participation: Assist with brewery events, beer tastings, and promotional activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous bartending experience in a brewery, bar, or restaurant is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and passion for craft beer, brewing processes, and beer styles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Must meet the legal age requirement for serving alcohol in the location of employment.
• TIPS or equivalent alcohol service certification is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
