Bartender

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming and energetic environment for guests. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Create classic and innovative cocktails according to standard recipes or customer requests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Ensure guests are of legal drinking age and follow all responsible service of alcohol guidelines.
• Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Engage with guests, take orders, and ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Work collaboratively with the service team and kitchen staff.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Bartender in a high-volume or upscale environment.
• Knowledge of a wide range of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with bar equipment and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
