Bartender

Key Responsibilities: Drink Preparation & Service:

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Take guest orders and serve drinks in a timely and friendly manner.
• Make recommendations based on guests' preferences.

Guest Service:

• Interact with guests, create a welcoming atmosphere, and provide a positive customer experience.
• Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and escalate when needed.

Bar Maintenance:

• Set up and break down the bar before and after service.
• Clean glasses, bar utensils, and bar area.
• Ensure bar is stocked with necessary supplies (e.g. spirits, garnishes, mixers).

Inventory & Cash Handling:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels; report shortages.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Follow hotel standards for billing and check-outs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender (preferably in a hotel or high-end bar setting).
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g. TIPS or local equivalent).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
