Job description: Job Designation: Bartender Job Location: NSCI, Worli, Mumbai Male / Female, age between 22 and 35 years Role & responsibilities · Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, and specialty beverages, in accordance with club standards. · Provide courteous and attentive service to club members and guests, maintaining the highest level of professionalism at all times. · Manage the bar during restaurant service and banquet functions, ensuring timely preparation and replenishment of drinks. · Set up and break down bar stations for daily operations and events. · Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area. Qualifications & Skills: · Prior experience as a bartender in a club, hotel, or banquet setting · Knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic cocktail preparation. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-first attitude. · Familiarity with banquet service etiquette and procedures · Ability to multitask and work patiently during high-volume service.
