Job Description

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring it’s fully stocked and ready for service. Engage with guests, making recommendations and ensuring a friendly atmosphere. Ensure the bar area is well-stocked with ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and supplies, and replenish as needed. Monitor alcohol consumption, adhering to responsible service practices and ensuring guest safety. Provide guests with information on available drinks, specials, and promotions. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as required by management or department leadership to support smooth service operations.
