Cash Handling: Processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately. Inventory Management: Restocking bar supplies and monitoring inventory levels. Maintaining a Clean and Safe Environment: Cleaning the bar area, glassware, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Age Verification: Checking identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age. Collaboration: Working with other staff, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth service. Responsible Service of Alcohol: Monitoring customer intoxication levels and adhering to responsible alcohol service practices. Essential Skills: Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Mixology Knowledge: Familiarity with classic and contemporary cocktails and ability to learn new recipes. Speed and Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in drink preparation and cash handling. Problem-Solving: Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues effectively. Teamwork: Collaborating with other staff members. Physical Stamina: Standing for extended periods and handling bar equipment. Additional Notes: Bartenders may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
