Role Overview: You will be responsible for following all company and safety and security policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to your manager, and completing safety training and certifications. It will be your duty to ensure that your uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Additionally, you will welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests" service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Effective communication with others using clear and professional language is essential. Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with your team members, supporting the team to reach common goals, and listening and responding appropriately to the concerns of other employees will be key aspects of your role. You will also need to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards and be able to read and visually verify information in a variety of formats. The position may require standing, sitting, or walking for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift, as well as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Grasping, turning, and manipulating objects of varying size and weight, moving through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, and navigating over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps are also part of the job. You will need to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Other reasonable job duties may be assigned as requested by Supervisors.
