Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and skilled Bartender to join our F&B team. The ideal candidate will have experience in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to standard recipes.
• Greet customers and take drink orders promptly and professionally.
• Check guests’ identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including tools and glassware.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Engage with guests, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel, bar, or restaurant (minimum 1–2 years).
• Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume service.
• Smart appearance and a professional attitude.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (preferred but not mandatory).
