Job Description

Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, and other drinks according to customer preferences and company recipes.
Customer Service: Greet customers, provide product recommendations, and share information about our in-house coffee blends.
Coffee Equipment: Operate coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers, while ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness.
Sales: Upsell additional items, such as pastries or other beverages, to enhance the customer experience.
POS Management: Handle cash transactions, operate the POS system accurately, and ensure proper billing and payments.
Sanitation & Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service area.
Health & Safety: Follow food handling and sanitation guidelines to ensure health and safety standards are met.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.
