Job Overview

As a Barista, you will be the face of Ovenfresh’s beverage section, preparing high-quality drinks while creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest. You’ll be responsible for crafting espresso-based beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and providing top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take beverage orders with accuracy
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages as per company standards
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, equipment, and utensils
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks
• Manage stock and replenish ingredients when needed
• Handle billing and POS operations if required
• Assist in training junior staff or new joiners as needed
• Adhere to health & safety standards and company policies
• Handle customer queries or complaints professionally and promptly

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a café/restaurant
• Passion for coffee and customer service
• Basic knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi
• Smart, well-groomed, and presentable appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in rotating shifts
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
