Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Barista. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, managing daily café operations, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and providing excellent customer service. Other responsibilities include assisting in the inventory management of coffee and supplies, learning about specialty coffee roasting practices, and ensuring customers have an enjoyable experience at Grey Soul Coffee Roasters.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing and serving coffee beverages, along with a passion for specialty coffee
• Strong customer service and communication skills to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Ability to maintain cleanliness, organization, and follow standard operating procedures
• Basic knowledge of or eagerness to learn about coffee roasting techniques and flavor profiles
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Prior experience in food service or café environments is preferred but not required
