Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista, located in Ahmedabad. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including coffee and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, providing top-notch customer service, maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, and efficiently managing food preparation tasks. Collaboration with team members to maintain a welcoming and efficient environment is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Barista skills, including beverage preparation and presentation
• Interpersonal Skills and exceptional Customer Service abilities to ensure positive guest experiences
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
• Basic Food Preparation skills to assist with related tasks when necessary
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to quality and detail
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or similar setting is a plus (Motivated freshers are also welcomed!)
• A genuine passion for the food and beverage industry
