Position : Barista Location: Kadavanthara, Kochi Job Type : Full-Time (Flexible Shifts) Requirements : Experienced/ Fresher Job Summary: We are hiring a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our growing team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high- quality coffee and beverages while creating a welcoming and friendly environment for our customers. This role requires flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on business needs. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages in accordance with our recipes and quality standards • Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, equipment, and caf environment • Take customer orders, handle payments (cash/card), and provide excellent service • Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth operations • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times • Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and positively • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable service experience
Requirements:
• Prior experience as a Barista or in a food & beverage setting preferred (training will be provided for the right candidate) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask • A positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mind set • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays • Passion for coffee and delivering memorable customer experiences Benefits • Night shift allowance • ESI,PF
