Job Summary

Head Barista

Role

Complete beverage section manage karna
High-quality coffee & drinks prepare karna
Team ko train karna aur beverage standards maintain karna

Responsibilities

Espresso machine handling & advanced brewing methods (Latte, Espresso, Pour-over, Cold Brew, Frappes).
Exceptional latte art, presentation & consistency maintain karna.
Coffee beans sourcing, grinding levels, roasting notes & freshness manage karna.
Beverage recipes standardize karna aur portion control maintain karna.
Staff ko coffee preparation, hygiene & machine use par training dena.
Daily stock check (milk, syrups, beans, powders) & wastage control.
Beverage counters ki cleanliness, safety & hygiene ensure karna.
Customer interaction, suggestions & coffee recommendations dena.
Machines ki basic maintenance & calibration karna (grinders, espresso machine).
New beverages create karna aur seasonal menu planning me support.

Qualification

Certified Barista course preferred.
35 years
professional caf experience.
Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing styles & caf beverages.
