An accountant for our organization is responsible for overseeing financial operations, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards for all outlets and company activities.

Position Overview

Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for all outlets and operations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and reports for management.
Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable routinely.
Manage payroll and process employee payments.
Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments to suppliers and staff.
File taxes and ensure compliance with local/national financial regulations.
Organize and support annual audits, liaising with external auditors as needed.
Conduct financial analysis to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial efficiency.
Support inventory tracking and perform cost accounting for outlets.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting certification preferred.
Minimum 1-3 years of accounting experience, ideally in retail, food, or hospitality.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles , tax procedures, and payroll.

Skills

Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and confidentiality.
Effective communication and teamwork.
