Job Description

An Account Executive cum IT Coordinator combines financial with IT support responsibilities, including managing accounts payable/receivable, preparing financial reports, and handling IT infrastructure, hardware, and software issues. The role requires someone with strong financial acumen, good organizational skills, and technical proficiency to ensure smooth daily operations and support the company's IT needs.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting and Finance:

Manage daily accounting tasks like handling petty cash, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Use accounting software, such as Tally, for financial record-keeping.

Prepare financial statements, reports, and balance sheets.

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Process vendor payments.

IT coordination

Assist with IT-related administrative tasks and documentation.

Maintain IT asset and software license inventory.

Collaborate with external IT vendors and service providers.

Coordinate with vendors for administrative and IT-related services.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in both accounting and IT support roles is a plus.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
