About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Infrastructure Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling IT infrastructure solutions, including hardware, software, networking, and cloud-based services, to a diverse range of clients. You will identify business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets to contribute to the growth of the company. Role & responsibilities Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT infrastructure domain. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their infrastructure needs and offering tailored solutions. Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients. Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes. Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in IT infrastructure, including cloud services, hardware, networking, data storage, and security solutions. Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to expand market share. Identify verticals, markets, and regions for potential growth opportunities. Provide input to the marketing team on customer needs and product positioning. Client Relationship Management: Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring the effective delivery and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions. Address client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Manage post-sales relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: Proven experience in IT infrastructure sales, preferably in selling hardware, software, cloud solutions, networking, or related services. Experience with enterprise-level sales cycles and B2B sales. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including cloud computing, data centers, storage solutions, networking, and security. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
Roles and Responsibilities System and Server Management: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and server applications. Monitor server performance, conduct regular maintenance, and ensure optimal system availability. Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures. Network Management: Set up, configure, and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.). Ensure network security, performance, and reliability. Troubleshoot network-related issues and resolve connectivity problems. Security and Compliance: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Implement and maintain security protocols, such as firewalls, encryption, and anti-virus solutions. Regularly update software and systems to protect against security vulnerabilities. Perform security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards. Technical Support: Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware and software issues. Respond to system alerts and resolve issues promptly. Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and user guides. Automation and Scripting: Develop scripts for automation of routine tasks (e.g., backups, monitoring, and updates). Create and maintain tools to streamline system management and improve efficiency. Collaboration: Work with other IT staff and departments to support projects and system upgrades. Collaborate with third-party vendors for hardware/software support, purchasing, and service. Desired Candidate Profile Good Communication skills A professional manner. Should have sound and proven skills/ experience in :Desktop/Laptop Management. Ability to work flexible hours and provide emergency coverage in a 24x7x365 environment. Ability to perform well in a fast paced environment with short timelines and fast approaching deadlines. Should have experience in System Administration/Windows Server / Data Center Support. Candidate should have around 3 -6 years of relevant experience and good communication. Should Have Knowledge Of Hardware Trouble Shooting In Desktop and Laptop, Parts Replacement.
