Accounts Executive

Location:

6 days working with 2nd Saturday Off.

Department:

Job Summary:

Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.
Handle journal entries, general ledger, and trial balance preparation.
Prepare and process invoices, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements.
Conduct bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and inter-company reconciliations.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
Support statutory and internal audits by preparing required schedules and documentation.
Manage TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance-related tasks.
Prepare MIS reports and assist in budgeting and variance analysis.
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:
B.Com (mandatory)
Professional Background:
Completed or pursuing
CA Articleship
Experience:
1-3 years of relevant accounting experience (including articleship)
Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Tally/ERP software
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting reports
Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic tax filings

Soft Skills:

Attention to detail and analytical mindset
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates who have completed or are in the final year of CA Articleship.
Exposure to corporate accounting, audits, and financial reporting preferred.
Mandatory to have knowledge in Income Tax and Accounting
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
