HR Executive- PMS

Job Title: HR Executive Performance Management System (PMS) Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with hands-on experience in Performance Management Systems (PMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and refining performance management processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and employee development. Key Responsibilities: Administer and manage the end-to-end PMS process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals. Collaborate with department heads to define performance KPIs and objectives for teams and individuals. Maintain and update PMS tools/software, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting. Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on PMS policies and tools. Analyze performance data and provide insights for workforce planning, promotions, and L&D needs. Address employee queries and grievances related to PMS. Support in designing and improving performance appraisal formats and feedback mechanisms. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards regarding performance evaluation. Coordinate with HOD's HRBP and Talent Management team for follow-up actions from appraisals. Prepare dashboards and reports on performance metrics for management review. Requirements: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR with core experience in PMS. Familiarity with PMS tools/software Strong understanding of HR best practices, especially in performance evaluation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Preferred Skills: Certification in HR Analytics or Performance Management. Experience in change management or HR digital transformation projects. Exposure to 360-degree feedback systems or OKR frameworks.
