Job Title: Manager Projects Location: Jalgaon, Maharashtra Industry: Chemical Manufacturing Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager – Projects to oversee and execute capital projects in our chemical manufacturing facility in Jalgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, from planning and design to execution and commissioning, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and manage engineering and infrastructure projects. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, EHS standards, and quality norms. Monitor project costs and timelines to ensure budget adherence. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project execution. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering. 8–12 years of experience in project management within the chemical/process industry. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project timelines. Preferred Skills: PMP certification (preferred). Strong knowledge of engineering standards, HAZOP, and risk assessment. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
