Job Title:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Should be aware of the standard business processes.

Should understand the Enterprise structure mapping

Should have good knowledge in his core SAP module

Understanding of integration of the all SAP modules and integration with third party s/w

Should be aware of data migration strategies and upload techniques/tools

Should be aware of the latest technology/ functional upgrades in SAP

Should be able to guide and get solutions from networks and sources

Should be able to suggest and apply best practices

Should be able to plan and schedule Project in detail and prepare Project Budget.

Should be able to drive project in line with baseline schedule and within approved budget.

Should be able to identify risk factors and take timely actions to mitigate risks.

Should be able to monitor project closely, prepare rolling plans and in case of variance, should able to take preventive/corrective actions to put the project on schedule/bring under control.

Should be able to Lead team, motivate team to achieve project goals , milestones as planned

Should be able to coordinate with client project manager, client team, onsite team,off shore team and set up review mechanism and report progress to Steering committee and seek timely decisions /support to address concern areas, challenges

Should be able to identify change management objective, devise methodology and effectively apply to get the desired outputs

Should be able to deliver project deliverables as planned and achieve highest customer satisfaction

Should be able to identify business opportunities /CR opportunities and facilitate to close it with client

Essential Requirement:

SAP Experience - 8 to 15 yrs

E2E Implementation projects - At least 5 E2E implementation projects handled independently

GST implementation projects - At least 1 GST implementation projects handled independently

Projects Handled as Project Coordinator/Project Manager - Handled at least 2 E2E implementation projects

Desirable Requirement:

Degree- Post Graduate/MBA/CA

Certifications SAP certification, PMP certification

Domain experience - 3 to 5 yrs

Industry experience - Real estate/ Construction / Infrastructure industry
