Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bar Manager located in Hyderabad. The Bar Manager will handle day-to-day operations of the bar, including inventory management, maintaining high-quality customer service, staff supervision, liquor orders, and compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves creating and updating cocktail menus, conducting staff training, monitoring bar cleanliness, and handling customer inquiries or issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bar management and customer service
• Knowledge of inventory management and liquor ordering processes
• Ability to create and update cocktail menus
• Skills in staff supervision and training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of health and safety regulations related to bar operations
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
• Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
