Job Description

Position: Banquet Sales Manager The key responsibilities for this role include: * **Lead Generation & Conversion:** Actively source and pitch for the property to corporates, event agencies, and businesses in Guwahati. Close deals for various corporate gatherings.* **Inbound Sales Management:** Respond promptly to inbound leads, conduct venue walk-throughs, and give sales presentations.* **Client Relationship & Account Management:** Serve as the client's single point of contact, understand their needs, communicate requirements to internal teams, coordinate planning meetings, and ensure client satisfaction.* **Payment & Documentation:** Share quotes, raise invoices, follow up on payments, and maintain updated records. Mandatory requirements include 1–2 years of prior experience in banquet/event venue sales in Guwahat/or Strong sales background involving corporates for hospitality or F&B Services, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple client accounts, proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and a proactive, target-driven, customer-first attitude.
