Banquet Sales Manager

Role Overview: Hotel Rama Heritage is seeking a Banquet Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Nashik. As the Banquet Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing efforts for banquets and events at the hotel. Your main focus will be on client acquisition, managing catering and event planning services, addressing customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with other hotel teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful execution of events. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire new clients for banquet and event bookings - Manage catering services and event planning - Address customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Work towards and exceed sales targets - Collaborate with various hotel teams to ensure smooth event execution Qualifications: - Proficient in Customer Service with a strong emphasis on enhancing client satisfaction - Expertise in Sales Management and a proven track record of achieving sales targets - Experience in Catering Sales and Event Planning - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate with diverse stakeholders - Knowledge of the hospitality industry is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred Please note that the location for this role is at Ssk World Club (Sbk Rama Hospitality) in Nashik. The salary offered for the Sales Executive position is up to 25k, and for the Sales Manager position is up to 35k.,
