Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, assign duties, train staff, and evaluate performance. Ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained, adhering to established standards. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering when needed. Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene regulations. Develop and manage cleaning schedules and staff assignments. Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to streamline operations. Motivate team members to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service. Qualification: H.S Passed and Above. Basic computer knowledge. Experience: 1 to 2years in housekeeping.
