Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Banquet Manager in multiple locations. The Banquet Manager will oversee and coordinate all banquet operations, monitor staff performance to ensure excellent customer service and work closely with the food & beverage team to ensure smooth event execution. Daily tasks include managing the set-up and breakdown of banquet events, hiring and training banquet staff, and maintaining communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also requires managing inventories and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
