Reports To: Head - Development & Expansion
Role Summary
Lead deal sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of new hotel additions through management contracts, lease agreements, or acquisitions across India.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify new development opportunities (greenfield/brownfield/acquisition/lease/JV).
• Conduct preliminary market research and feasibility assessment.
• Liaise with property owners, consultants, and brokers.
• Prepare investment proposals and internal concept notes.
• Drive term sheet and MoU negotiations with legal team support.
• Coordinate with Projects, Finance & Operations teams to assess viability.
Requirements
• MBA or Graduate in Hospitality/Real Estate/Finance.
• 6-10 years of relevant experience in hotel development, real estate or consulting.
• Excellent negotiation and financial analysis skills.
• Willing to travel extensively.
