Job Description

1. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating banquets, weddings, and other events, ensuring seamless execution. 2. Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of servers, bartenders, and other staff to ensure efficient service delivery. 3. Guest Service: Ensure exceptional guest service, responding to needs and resolving issues promptly. 4. Food and Beverage Service: Oversee food and beverage service, including setup, presentation, and timing. 5. Logistics and Operations: Manage event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and equipment. 6. Communication: Liaise with clients, event planners, and hotel staff to ensure event details are met. 7. Quality Control: Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards. 8. Team Training: Train and develop team members to improve service delivery and event execution. 9. Event Timing: Ensure events start and end on time, managing timelines and schedules. 10. Problem-Solving: Handle unexpected issues and resolve problems efficiently. Additional Responsibilities: - Manage event budgets and expenses - Coordinate with catering team to ensure menu execution - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Maintain banquet area cleanliness and organization Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹11,005.42 - ₹20,478.33 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
