Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Banquet Captain. The Banquet Captain will oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, managing schedules, and addressing any issues that arise during events. The Banquet Captain will also maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, and ensure the venue is ready for events.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Communication skills
• Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to manage and coordinate teams effectively
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Relevant experience in hospitality or event management is beneficial
