Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista & Cafe Crew, located in New Delhi. The Barista & Cafe Crew member will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items, Taking customer orders, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cafe, and assisting with inventory management. Additionally, the role involves engaging with customers, taking orders, handling payments, and collaborating with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service abilities
• Experience and skills in Barista tasks and Food Preparation is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
