This prestigious destination combines natural beauty with luxury for an unrivaled hospitality experience. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Banquet Captain located in Rajkot. The Banquet Captain will be responsible for supervising banquet staff, ensuring exceptional food service, and maintaining high levels of customer service. Daily tasks include organizing banquet events, coordinating with kitchen and service staff, managing guest inquiries and special requests, and ensuring a smooth operation. The role also involves overseeing setup and breakdown of events, maintaining quality and safety standards, and providing excellent communication with all team members and guests. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead a team Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Previous experience in hospitality or event management is a plus
