Looking for a Banking & Finance lawyer for a well‑known law firm in Delhi with strong experience in secured lending and real estate collateral work.

• Drafting and vetting title search reports for immovable property (including chain of title, encumbrance checks, and marketability opinion).

• ​

• Reviewing and drafting

  loan agreements, deeds of hypothecation, mortgage/charge documents, guarantees, and related security documents for banks/NBFCs.

• ​

• Conducting due diligence on borrowers and collateral, coordinating with registries (Sub‑Registrar, ROC) and valuers, and finalising conditions precedent / subsequent.

• Liaising with bank officials and internal stakeholders for documentation, clarifications, and compliance with internal credit and RBI norms.

• ​

• PQE: Typically 2–5 years in banking / real‑estate / security documentation practice, ideally at a banking, finance or real‑estate focused law firm in Delhi‑NCR.

• Prior experience

  working with or for banks/NBFCs on loan and security documentation, title due diligence and enforcement support (SARFAESI, DRT, etc.) will be preferred.
