We are looking for Associates/Senior Associates to join our Banking & Finance practice.
Financing transactions, including bilateral and syndicated lending
Project finance and infrastructure financing
Working capital and term loan facilities
Securitisation and structured finance
Debt capital markets, including bond/debenture issuances
Acquisition finance and leveraged finance
Distressed debt and debt restructuring
Advisory on financing structures and emerging financial products
Strong transactional experience in banking and finance matters
Solid drafting, analytical and negotiation skills
Ability to work on multiple transactions in a dynamic environment
