Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Banking Data Analyst (Marketing Analyst) with 6-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills and experience in Marketing Analytics.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns in banking operations.
Develop and maintain databases using SQL for marketing analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing campaigns.
Create reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes.
Stay updated with industry trends and developments in marketing analytics.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries and analyzing large datasets.
Experience with Marketing Analytics tools and techniques, such as segmentation and clustering.
Knowledge of banking products and services, including deposits and home lending.
Familiarity with Jupiter Notebook or similar tools is desirable.
Good understanding of data analysis principles and statistical concepts.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
