Banking & Business Coordination Associate

Role Overview: As a Banking & Business Coordination Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing banking-related documentation and representing the fintech platform directly with banks, partners, and stakeholders. Your focus will be on building strong business relationships, ensuring smooth coordination, and maintaining compliance rather than meeting targets. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the frontline representative of the company with banking partners and business stakeholders. - Prepare, review, and manage banking-related documentation in compliance with requirements. - Visit partner offices and banks for timely submission and processing of documents. - Build and maintain professional relationships through calls, meetings, and follow-ups. - Track, maintain, and update records of documentation and partner communications. - Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies in coordination with banks. - Stay updated with compliance regulations and banking norms relevant to fintech operations. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in banking documentation, operations, or business coordination (fintech/financial services experience preferred). - Strong knowledge of banking processes, KYC norms, and documentation requirements. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. - Self-driven with the ability to take initiative and represent the company confidently. - Good organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and digital documentation tools.
