Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Banker on Wheel to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in banking operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily banking operations, including cash handling and customer service.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of banking transactions.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with banking operations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of banking operations, including cash handling and financial management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving business goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
