Banker-Customer Experience

Role Overview: As a Banker-Customer Experience in the Retail Banking department at the designated branch, your main role is to provide excellent customer service to establish long-term relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include daily customer engagement for various banking products, achieving business targets, offering tailored product solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and resolving customer queries efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers daily to build up Current Accounts (CA), Savings Accounts (SA), and Term Deposits (TD), while also cross-selling Asset and Wealth products - Meet assigned business targets based on performance scorecard - Provide personalized product solutions based on customer needs and business requirements - Increase product penetration per customer relationship by assessing customer propensity - Refer existing customers for additional business opportunities - Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly with a customer-focused approach - Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies such as Anti Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Data & Information security - Assist in resolving audit observations for closure Secondary Responsibilities: - Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations - Deliver best-in-class customer service to establish long-term partnerships with clients Qualifications: - Graduate in any discipline - Post Graduate degree, preferably MBA Experience: - 1-4 years of relevant experience in Banking or allied Business within the BFSI industry Additional Details (if present): - Key Success Metrics include CA/SA/TD build up, Share of customer wallet, Product Cross Sell targets, and Performance scorecard.,
