Role Overview: As a Bank Authorizer in the Retail Banking department at the designated branch in TN & Kerala, your main responsibility is to provide top-notch customer service and build strong relationships with customers to ensure efficient and cost-effective customer engagement. You will play a crucial role in client engagement, customer service, operations, liability build-up, cross-sales, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers daily to build up Current Account (CA), Savings Account (SA), and Term Deposit (TD), as well as cross-sell Asset & Wealth products - Achieve business targets as per the performance scorecard - Provide need-based product solutions to clients and align their requirements with business objectives - Assess customer propensity to ensure higher product penetration per relationship - Seek references for additional business from existing customers - Resolve all queries and complaints promptly with a customer-focused approach - Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies such as Anti Money Laundering, Know Your Customer (KYC), Data & Information security, etc. - Assist in closing all observations on audit reports - Manage client relationships and provide customer service for retail banking operations Additional Company Details (if available): N/A Qualifications: - Graduate in any discipline - Post Graduate in any discipline Experience: - Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in Banking or allied Business - Industry experience in BFSI - Functional Area expertise in Retail Liabilities,
