Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CASA Sales Officer to join our team. The primary responsibility is to drive the acquisition of Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) customers for the bank, through direct sales and business development activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking products and a passion for customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new CASA customers through field visits, referrals, cold calls, and marketing activities. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly CASA sales targets. Conduct customer profiling to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable products. Promote bank products like debit cards, internet banking, mobile banking, and third-party products. Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Ensure KYC compliance and documentation for all new accounts. Coordinate with branch operations for account processing and follow-up. Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and update CRM systems. Participate in promotional campaigns, roadshows, and customer outreach programs.
