Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Bancassurance position at HDFC Life. The Bancassurance professional will be responsible for managing relationships with bank staff, generating business from bank leads, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include conducting training sessions for bank staff, tracking sales metrics, addressing customer inquiries, and working closely with bank personnel to identify sales opportunities for insurance products.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, and relationship management
• Knowledge of insurance products and banking operations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with bank staff
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Graduate degree in any discipline
• Experience in bancassurance or financial services is a plus
• Proficiency in local languages and English
