Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Bancassurance role located in Agartala. The role involves working closely with bank partners to generate leads and achieve sales targets for life insurance products. Responsibilities include providing financial planning solutions to clients, supporting the bank staff with product-related knowledge, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Regular engagement with bank branches, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders are vital aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Sales and business development experience, with expertise in meeting targets and generating business growth.
• Good knowledge of financial products, including life insurance and insurance sales processes.
• Customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and general operational tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA or postgraduate qualifications are a plus).
• Experience in the financial services or insurance sector is preferred but not mandatory.
