🔸 About Us BISKITS is a Lucknow-based cookie business. We are now expanding to a soon-to-open bakery-café in Lucknow with BISKITS becoming a strong in-house cookie brand. We're focused on quality, creativity, and building a comforting, elegant food experience. As we prepare to launch our first location, we are looking for a committed baker who can grow into a Head Chef/Kitchen Manager role. 🔸 Responsibilities Bake and package cookies for our in-house brand, BISKITS Test and develop recipes for cakes, pastries, breads, and savouries (e.g. sandwiches, pasta bakes) Assist in planning and scaling recipes for the café kitchen Maintain kitchen hygiene and ingredient stock Collaborate on packaging, presentation, and seasonal menu ideas Support hiring and training of future junior staff Eventually manage day-to-day kitchen operations and procurement 🔸 Requirements 1–4 years of experience in baking (cakes, cookies, pastries) Diploma or Certificate from a culinary institute preferred (IHM, Lavonne, etc.) Experience in food testing, baking in small batches, and café-style prep Good communication skills and understanding of English Attention to detail, especially in packaging and food presentation Willingness to grow with a new brand and take initiative
