Minimum Qualification - Graduate (B.Tech) Relevant Experience - 1+ years As a System Administrator, you will have responsibilities to provide the Level 1 Technical Support. You will be the first point of contact for all infrastructure monitoring incidents and requests in a fast-paced professional environment. You will monitor, create & triage incidents as per ITIL framework. Good to have troubleshooting skills on Windows Server 2012/2019. Create documentation & SOP for easing out tasks & resolve Infrastructure related issues. You will work in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring attendance, quality and customer service metrics are met. * Should have excellent written and verbal communication * Good Exposure to ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Cherwell etc.) * Good troubleshooting skills on Windows/Linux OS * Basic understanding on Networking and Network devices. * Excellent understanding of Infrastructure/Application/Job monitoring * Good exposure on monitoring tools (Zabbix / Dynatrace / SCOM / Solarwinds / Datadog / Nagios etc.) * Administration of monitoring tools would be good to have skill Responsibilities * Provide L1+ support for team deliverables. * Configuration, allocation, and management of centralized storage systems and other deployed storage solutions * Help develop or engineer new solutions related to data storage and access * Help setup of new storage technologies - tapeless, cloud storage etc. * Be able to take care of most of P2/P3/P4 tasks and document the RCCA. * Interacting with client over calls and provide details and reasoning of the deliverables. * Troubleshooting experience and ability to fulfill L2 support * Good knowledge on multiple Backup and Storage Systems like o Knowledge of Commvault, Rubrik, Veeam, r etc o EMC, Netapp, Oracle Storage appliences, IBM SAN. etc. * Experience with monitoring and performance tuning of various storage systems * Experience with capacity planning and storage allocation forecasting * Experience in storage Operations management, backup systems, SAN, NAS, DR * Working knowledge of systems from major data storage vendors and cloud services * Working knowledge of technical aspects of storage systems - including but not limited to DAS, NAS, Fiber Channel, RAID config, LUN Masking * Basic Scripting * Good knowledge in Windows and Unix OS * Working Knowledge of VMware/Hyper-V.
