Job Description

As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for monitoring daily work allocations to ensure timely task completion with high levels of accuracy and quality. You will review and manage productivity and quality reports, taking corrective actions when necessary to meet performance standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to address operational challenges and drive transition initiatives for new processes or systems will be a key aspect of your role, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption. Conducting regular team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and performance feedback discussions will be essential for fostering a high-performing team environment. You will be expected to identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and actively contribute to continuous process enhancement initiatives. Supporting hiring, training, and onboarding activities for new team members will also be part of your responsibilities, involving the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs to build critical skills and knowledge. Maintaining accurate documentation to ensure audit readiness and compliance with internal controls and company policies will be crucial. Additionally, preparing and presenting operational reports, updates, and performance insights to senior leadership as required will be part of your regular tasks. Ensuring timely and accurate completion of all monthly closing activities and monitoring and managing ESM tickets to prevent escalation into non-compliance status will be critical for the role. Conducting governance calls to review performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices will be an ongoing responsibility. You will oversee daily processing activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to established standards and protocols while fostering a culture of knowledge sharing within the team. To qualify for this position, you should have 5 to 7 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role with a strong background in managing back-office operations. A Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification is mandatory to be considered for this role.,
