🚀 Backend Developer (Node.js) – Full-Time (Onsite/Remote) Location: Lucknow India Experience: 2 – 3 Years Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience) 🛠️ Job Summary We are hiring a skilled Backend Developer (Node.js) to build high-performance, scalable backend systems for our fintech & crypto applications. You will work on real-time microservices, payment modules, WebSockets, KYC/Wallet systems, Kafka-based event streaming, and low-latency engines. If you love building fast, optimized and scalable backend systems — this job is for you. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Develop backend services using Node.js / Express / Nest.js Build REST APIs, microservices, workers and cron services Work on Kafka for event streaming (producers/consumers) Implement Redis caching, Redis Cluster & Rate limiting Build ultra-fast real-time systems using uWebSockets.js Work on SQL & NoSQL databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL MongoDB / ScyllaDB / DynamoDB Integrate blockchain components using ethers.js / Web3.js (USDT, wallet, signing) Build secure wallet, payments, authentication, and transaction systems Handle large scale data processing & optimizations Write clean, reusable, modular backend code Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (AWS preferred) Debug high-load issues and optimize for scale (millions of users) Implement logging, monitoring, and microservice communication 🧠 Required Technical Skills ✔ Strong knowledge of Node.js (Express / NestJS / Fastify) ✔ Deep understanding of JavaScript & TypeScript ✔ Experience with MySQL (joins, indexing, query optimization) ✔ Experience with MongoDB (aggregation, indexing) ✔ Experience with ScyllaDB / Cassandra (optional but strong bonus) ✔ Strong knowledge of Redis / Redis Cluster ✔ Experience with Kafka (producers/consumers, partitions, topics) ✔ Experience with uWebSockets.js, Socket.io or WebSockets ✔ Experience with ethers.js / Web3.js ✔ Strong understanding of microservices architecture ✔ API security (JWT, OAuth, hashing, role-based access) ✔ Knowledge of Docker, Linux & CI/CD ✨ Good To Have (Bonus Skills)Knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, API Gateway, MSK, EKS) Experience in high-traffic systems Experience with Kafka Streams / Debezium / ClickHouse Experience with TypeScript at scale 📌 Qualifications B.Tech / BCA / MCA or relevant experience Minimum 2 years experience in backend development Strong problem-solving & debugging skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines 💼 Employment Type Full-Time Onsite/Remote (based on company model) Work with the latest tech: Kafka, Redis Cluster, Web3, uWebSockets High-growth environment Work on real products used by millions Performance bonuses 📨 Send your resume + GitHub/Projects to: 📧 shakil@futuretechnologyinfotech.com Or apply directly through Portal.
