Backend Software Developer

We are looking for a Backend Software Developer (3–5 years of experience) with a strong technical foundation and hands-on expertise in NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL databases. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable systems, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in an Agile environment. Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Blockchain, AI, and Machine Learning will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js, Python, or similar languages.

· Build and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend and third-party services.

· Manage and optimize NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL databases for high performance, reliability, and scalability.

· Design efficient database schemas, queries, and indexing strategies to meet application requirements.

· Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues to ensure optimal uptime and responsiveness.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

· Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

· Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

· Education: BE / BTech / MCA in Computer Science or a related field.

· Experience: 3–5 years of backend development experience with demonstrated proficiency in Node.js or Python, and MongoDB/SQL database management.

Desired Skills

· Strong programming fundamentals and hands-on experience in building scalable, modular backend systems.

· Expertise in RESTful API design and integration.

· Proficiency with version control systems such as Git / Bitbucket.

· Solid understanding of database architecture, optimization, and performance tuning.

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA.

· Working knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms for deployment and scaling.

Additional/Preferred Skills

· Exposure to Blockchain concepts and backend integration.

· Understanding of Machine Learning workflows and data pipelines.

· Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

· Understanding of Frontend technologies such as React JS.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
