Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Backend Sales Executive to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through online research, social platforms, cold calling, and email campaigns.
  • Qualify leads based on business requirements and pass them to the sales team.
  • Maintain and update lead databases, CRM, and tracking sheets.
  • Reach out to potential customers professionally and explain company products/services.
  • Schedule appointments, demos, or meetings for the sales team.
  • Follow up with warm leads to convert them into potential opportunities.
  • Support the sales team with backend coordination and documentation.
  • Prepare daily/weekly lead reports and share updates with managers.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing preferred).
  • Strong communication skills (English)
  • Good analytical and research skills.
  • Ability to make outbound calls and handle customer queries.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Persistence, confidence, and a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
