Charyas is launching a lean, high-speed direct insurance brokerage
This is the engine room of the company covering operations, compliance, claims coordination, and revenue tracking
You will ensure policies are issued fast, clients are served well, and every rupee of commission is accounted for
Core functions include issuing policies, endorsements & renewals, claims handling, reconciliations, and IRDAI compliance
Non-negotiables: zero policy errors, follow-through until closure, and 100% compliance discipline
Be the first backend hire, set up foundations, and work directly with leadership in a high-growth brokerage
