We are looking for a Backend Office Executive to join our dynamic team and support our operations efficiently. Position: Backend Office ExecutiveLocation: Ludhiana Company: Punjab IT (Powered by Eadds Digital) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (As per candidate’s experience & eligibility) Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 Years Qualification: Graduate (Minimum) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Office Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain client proposals, quotations, invoices, and pending payment follow-ups. Assist senior team members in daily office operations and coordination tasks. Draft professional emails, letters, and reports as required. Maintain and update client records and project documentation. Support in preparing PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, and project summaries. Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow. Perform basic administrative tasks related to digital marketing and web development projects. Required Skills:Strong communication and email writing skills in English and Hindi. Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools. Knowledge of digital marketing and web development basics will be an added advantage. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
