  • Documentation Management:

    • Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
    • Assist in preparing, editing, and formatting documents.
    • Ensure all documents are properly archived for easy retrieval.
  • Excel Work & Data Entry:

    • Prepare and maintain reports, and databases using Excel.
    • Perform data entry tasks, update records, and ensure accuracy in data processing.
  • General Administrative Support:

    • Assist with other office-related tasks, including scheduling, preparing internal communications, and organizing meetings.
    • Perform any other duties assigned by the team or supervisor.
